Presidents' Mountain

On Monday 25/01/15 the topic of the English Club was “Mount Rushmore National Memorial”. The club members learnt a lot about this massive sculpture carved into Mt. Rushmore which depicts the 60-foot faces of four great American presidents - George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln – the people who represent hope, determination and the spirit of a nation. The club members were impressed by this treausure that symbolizes freedom and hope.
